They made the return process seem less!

Ordered a coat for my frenchie and it’s too big, they have offered to replace it. Very quick to reply with my questions.

Sharif has provided excellent customer service, after the two items that I purchased for my Frenchie came up too big and too small. Sharif kindly offered to replace the products FOC, very efficient.

The winter jacket i purchased for our frenchie was too large, and the Frenchie store is sending a smaller size w/o any hesitation. I'm very pleased with selections and quality of all their items I have purchased. Very GREAT customer service! Thanks again.

Great customer service!

I can't say enough good things about the harness. It's great quality. And the support is amazing, especially Ariel. She took the time to get me another harness because the one I got for my doggie was too big at first. So kind and wonderful Customer Service. Highly recommened for quality of harness and service! :) Buy one! You and your dog will be happy you did!!

Thank you so much Sharif for the replacement harness. Your customer service is excellent

Very great customer service! When I had trouble with the sizing of my order they fixed the issue free of charge. Highly likely to send all my Frenchie friends here. I feel like in a day and age when customer service lacks, Frenchie.Shop does it right! Thank you!
