My sales rep was very knowledgable and kept me in the loop from start to finish. They addressed any concern I had and was quick to resolve any issues that came up. They really do quality work and have quality equipment. I'm very impressed!

We are trying to figure out if we want solar. We called this company because a friend of mine had theirs installed. They told him he was going to get a free camera system for his house with it. He never got it… They never called me back when they said they were going to just set this up. I guess they don’t like money in their pockets… now we are shopping around with other companies that will probably offer us better service as well as good customer service to start

If i could rate them lower, i would. Our experience has been really bad. Phone calls not returned, especially from salesmen. How they keep their jobs is beyond me! We have seen no difference on our bill except higher due to an EV car. The sales staff lies about what they will do too.

Purchased a 10.8KW system but I am only getting 7.6KW. I have contacted customer support, several times, and they refuse to even acknowledge there is an issue and only respond that the system isn't giving any alerts. The inverter is clipping the output after they performed a firmware update but they just don't care. I was told to contact my sales rep, Aaron Oshea, but he is as worthless as the company he represents. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
