I have been looking to have some backup battery installed at my house but every company that I contacted didn’t give me the right experience expected until I contacted Solar sesame , Miss Kerrie Sweeney contacted me ASAP with the right answers and vast knowledge of all equipment and full process need to have my order fulfilled. I got solar from Solar sesame a couple of years ago and I’m now a returning customer. I was able to get an additional battery added to my home and also a new heat pump. They’ve been great to work with. All of their employees have been professional and kind, and I had a rep named Kerrie, she was great.

If you’re considering going solar, I highly recommend giving SolarSesame a call. From the initial pricing to the installation, our experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Kerrie and her husband, Danny—especially Danny for working his magic and getting us that price drop! 😂—were a pleasure to work with. They were able to get us a great price, and the turnaround time was much faster than we expected. Jacquelyn from the scheduling team made coordinating everything easy and kept things moving along. Mei, our Project Manager, was great about communication. She regularly checked in to make sure everything was on track and that we were happy with how things were progressing. Ryan, the electrician who came out to look at our home and assess the setup, was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our installation crew—Jason, Julian, Juan, and Alfredo—also deserve a big shout-out. They were polite, efficient, and very respectful of our home. I especially appreciated how they kept us informed throughout the day. They let us know when they arrived, when they were taking lunch, and made sure we didn’t have any questions. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and orderly when they finished. Kerrie and Danny also followed up during the installation to make sure everything was going well, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, what stood out most was the great pricing, quick timeline, consistent communication, and the way everyone worked together as a team. Solar is a big investment, so having people you can communicate with and trust throughout the process makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for solar, I definitely recommend SolarSesame.
