Shipping can be very expensive to Hawaii often times suppliers won’t even reply with a quote if they even ship here at all. I received a quote for shipping a Phocos 6.5kw 48v inverter in less than 24 hours. The total cost for the inverter was still 100s less than others advertised price. Also the inverter showed up a day early in perfect condition. Also the staff were great to deal with on the phone.

Voltaico had the best price for my Wallbox Pulsar Plus charger. They had it in stock, shipped the same day as the order placed, and followed up to guarantee my satisfaction.

My address is off-grid property being developed so the company called me to verify my shipping address. The purchase I made if rather expensive so I appreciated their being concerned and not just shipping an item to anywhere. They also shipped it with signature being required to receive it. Their price was best online anywhere I looked. Thank you very much Voltaico.

Good experience for hard-to-find item The company was responsive to several emails, and shipped the product on time and as expected. This was especially appreciated as this was for an item that everyone else is currently out of stock on and luckily they had one they could ship me.

Great place to shop and amazing customer service. I ordered an inverter that got backordered. After waiting months ( manufacturer problems nothing the site could do ) I contacted them about a substitute. 2 days later the sub was at my door. Dealing with customer service was actually a pleasure.
