Freedom Forever cheated me. They said they will install panels and no body turned out for nearly 3 months. During the initial process they said they will give Vivint home device and monitoring for free for three years and I have the option to cancel this Vivint service. 3 months later they called me and said why there is no progress on solar and I said please cancel as I dont have any progress and now they are saying I have to pay for the entire 3 years of Vivint home device for $3000 or they will sue me. Please dont get caught in their scandal. Read the contract for any Vivint home device payment that they will charge.

Freedom Forever, LLC, must be freedom from the ability to be satisfied with your solar system. After waiting 3 months to get my system installed, it took and additional month to get my system online and producing and, at a lower output that what I was sold, never trust a salesman! Due to the poor customer service and poor communication and/or management, my system still does not have reliable communication to my SolarEdge inverter due to the fact that they use a T-Mobile sim and we have very poor T-Mobile service where we live. Freedom Forever is aware of this issue and have acknowledged this issue but want me to pay for the Wi-Fi gateway so it will work the way it is supposed to and be monitored by them. I have been fighting with them about this because monitoring is supposed to be part of the package and my system can’t be properly monitored the way it is. I have had two of their technicians tell me they ordered the part but it appears that management must have cancelled the order. Buyer beware, you will not get the output that they sell you, the number they quote you will be around 30% less than what they tell you. If you have an issue and call customer support, they only open a ticket to the department responsible and you will never hear from them again unless you call, and call and call…. Their sales people do not work for Freedom Forever, they work for Sunder Energy and they don’t have a good reputation. Once they get your signature on the contract, they disappear and won’t answer your messages. I asked for his help at one point and he did reply, said he already had his money and his job was finished. They have the best price that I found, that’s why I went with them but, low price doesn’t equate to a good system, do your research and if you go with Freedom Forever, LLC, don’t expect anything from Customer Support, that way you won’t be disappointed.

its a great installer. Price is cheaper than others and we got a free net-zero home security system installation all on schedule Got $1,000 rebate. Saving a lot of $. 25 years warranty, everything good :-)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! find anyone else! I have been fighting with them since December of 2019. The reps lie, dont trust anything they say. They word it so you assume the warranty is good. It is NOT! Sent to me today by their escalations specialist at 1:06Pm and it sums everything up perfectly! Article 6- No savings guarantee 6.1 No savings guarantee. freedom forever has not guaranteed, promised or otherwise represented any reduction in electricity costs in relation to the system that will be installed on the property, and further provides no warranty or guaranty with respect to any cost savings from use of the system. My story started like many others, the reps dont work for them they are contracted so hold no liability. Then when you lodge a complaint, they tell you that you have to wait 1 year to see true production. Turns out this is so you lose the ability to have any recourse. I just want it removed from my home and cancel the contract- they of course will not do that. I am now paying $169 a month roughly in electric and another $100 plus a month for the solar that does nothing. You do not save "tokens" from the daytime and it is sent back to the electric company. Most days, my solar is not even running correctly to use for daytime use. When the power goes out from the electric company so does my home. Solar does not keep it running! Please be careful with them. If you choose to do like me and ignore the complaints on yelp or any other source, atleast have a lawyer look over the contract. You will get screwed with this company!

First off, I would give this company a 0 star if it were an option. I paid 28,419.54 for a Solar Panel that did not include a Battery Power Backup System. BUYERS BEWARE. Do not do business with Freedom Forever, LLC Solar. Their Solar systems are no better than other companies. They are way too expensive for a Solar System that does not include a Battery Power Backup System. I checked around and you can get a Solar system for less that includes a battery power backup system. Their sales Representative's will do anything to get you to sign a contract. They lie and withhold any information that would allow you to make an informed decision as a potential customer. Despite asking many questions about how the Solar tax credit refund worked their sales Representative never stated to me that I was not guaranteed a Solar tax credit refund. Their Representative misled me, and I did not appreciate that. His comments were a deliberate attempt to mislead me, the customer. He led me astray, gave me a wrong impression, exciting as it was, that misled me into signing a contract with Freedom Forever. This is nothing more than unfair business practices (Shady Business). After reaching out to their customer support department for a resolution they responded with the classic "YOU SHOULD HAVE READ YOUR CONTRACT LINE". Of course, you should always read a contract before you sign it, but the questions I asked their Representative should have guided him to divulge that information to me, that a Solar tax credit refund is not guaranteed. At least that should have been the moral and decent thing to do. My advice is do not open your door when one of their Representatives knock on your door, tell them no thanks. Regret not checking with the Better Business Bureau first. Their reviews there were terrible.

I signed my contract October 2020. It’s now July of 2021 and my panels are still not installed! Freedom has blamed everyone else taking no responsibility on themselves. They blamed IREA for dragging their feet; DORA for mandating change after change. Never mind Freedom has documents showing them what they need to comply with to get approval and they failed to do so. I had to have 2 site audits because the first one was done incorrectly. My project was further delayed by Freedom because they didn’t follow their own procedures and their installers/techs rejected their own proposal. I had to go out and take pics and measurements to help speed things along only to have them dismissed. As if this wasn’t bad enough, now my sales reps isn’t responding to my texts nor is his supervisor. They have a great pitch but it means nothing if they can’t deliver!
