DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T. When Freedom Forever solar LLC showed up on my doorstep I was paying only one electric bill to FPL. Now I didn't know anything about solar. I was promised by the sales rep I would save a ton of money, and FPL would be eliminated. The system, Sunrun was installed and did not produce enough. Understand, they have you sign a contract, before your house and roof inspection. I have large trees in my yard shading the roof. Solar was not a good idea for my roof and home and THEY KNEW IT. IT WASN'T ABOUT SAVING ME MONEY, IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE. Now I was paying 2 electric bills, Sunrun and FPL. They told me they were gonna add more panels to eliminate FPL, BUT, forgot to mention it was another contract, ANOTHER SALE, with Mosiac. Now I am paying 3 electric bills , living on SSA, limited funds and making cuts in other expenses just to afford what FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC DID TO ME. My electric expenses have doubled. NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEPTION. LISTEN TO ME, FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC IS A VERY BAD COMPANY. AGAIN, DON'T GO WITH FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR. They told me it's in the contract that they don't guarantee you will save money. THEY FORGOT TO TELL THEIR SALES REP THAT, OR, THEIR SALES REP WAS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SALE, NOT SAVING THE CUSTOMER MONEY. FREEDOM FOREVER, YOU WANNA MAKE ME HAPPY, COME TAKE YOUR PANELS OFF MY ROOF AND LET ME GO BACK TO ONE ELECTRIC BILL. FPL.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Install August of 2022 and took until Feb of 2023 to get permission to operate. Now, 8 months later, I've had a panel out for 3 months and have had TWO appointments scheduled for repair. I've taken 2 days off work and BOTH times, no call, no show. I've called customer service at least 15 times over the last 2 months, spoked to 2 supervisors and no one calls back. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Large company that doesn't give a crap about is customers after install. I can't say enough about what a terrible experience this has been and I've wasted 2 days off from work and probably another full day of my time making phone calls to them. I even wrote a negative review for the local office and the canned response was "we'd like to turn you experience into a 5 star review, someone will reach out within 72 hrs". Think that ever happened??? What a joke, I would never recommend them to anyone!!

It's just best to avoid this company. Dishonest and untrustworthy to say the very least.

MY SOLAR WAS INSTALLED IN JUNE, 2019. THE INVERTER QUIT WORKING IN JULY, 2022. FF DID NOT REPLACE IT UNTIL OCTOBER, 2022. THEREFORE, I HAD 3-4 MONTHS WITH NO SOLAR GENERATION. I SENT IN MY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE CLAIM IN SEPT. 2023. AS OF THIS DATE, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY ANSWER OR REIMBURSEMENT FOR WHEN THE INVERTOR WAS NOT WORKING. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR FURTHER HELP ON THIS MATTER.

BUYER, BEWARE! Don’t just walk away, run as fast as you can. This company is a nightmare to deal with. This company has poor service from the beginning to the end; the door-to-door sales people to the installation personnel. The door-to-door sales people don’t respect, “No Soliciting” signs or when they are told to leave the property as it is a non-soliciting community. They were very disrespectful and arrogant. The company does not respect Architectural Change forms or laws in AZ condo communities. Donnisha Dove, one of their representatives, does not reply to your e-mails, answer your questions, answer phone calls, return calls or respect requirements in condo communities. She replies to the homeowner making it look like the Board is not addressing her e-mails. She has refused to comply with the laws that state there must be an Architectural Change form signed by the Board allowing changes to be made before work begins. They did not respect the requirements that the Board stated on the form and the Board still does not have a form back with the original signature of the condo owner. Their work ethic leaves a whole lot to be desired. They will leave you with a lot of headaches and regret. They left the area very dirty with debris and garbage; mud everywhere. They were required to cover all of the paint marks on the service driveway that were made for the benefit of their company to do the installation. We had freshly sealed asphalt that they left completely marked up. They left all of the paint markings. I spoke with the lead crew member of the project to get problems addressed and he refused to give his name or contact information. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They even left an advertisement yard sign without permission. That was promptly disposed of.

Took a year to get installed and running. The panels only produce $30 each month and cost $250/month for the loan. The company says it's the power company fault, the power company says its the solar company fault. And the company says saving money shouldn't be a goal and to think about how the environment impact is more important. I have a 30 year loan

Absolutely horrible company in every way possible. My system should have been up and running over a month ago, we have taken 5 days off of work to have our system installed, inspections etc completed. We have been passed around the table of who is next to get our system up and running. Everything is installed and there is no power coming from the breaker box. The same breaker box that they already damaged and had to send out a technician to fix as many of my outlets were not working. No one can keep their story straight, no one can say when someone will be out to fix this, no can give any type of answers other than “it’s another department” that they won’t give a phone number to. We have already been told by one of their reps we have a legal standing and we are now getting legal assistance with this $35k disaster! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Freedom Forever installed panels on my detached garage last year. Their electrical conduit was against code, and a safety hazard as it could be ripped out of the garage wall, but they blew me off and never corrected the issue when I tried to get into contact with them repeatedly. Worse issues arose when I listed my home, had a buyer and in the home inspection report, it was shown that the garage roof was buckling under the weight of the panels, as evidently it was not structurally sound enough to support as many panels as they put on. Freedom Forever again tried to blow me off, and after two weeks, we finally got through to a manager, and there was zero open case about this huge issue, and upon reading the report, tried to say they were not going to help resolve the issue as nothing was wrong with the main residences roof, though this has nothing to do with the situation as the panels are on the detached garage. Them not knowing this despite their records, and how many times it was reiterated on the phone is concerning in itself. Their handling of the situation may cause the deal to go through, has caused immense structural damage to my home, and caused my PTSD and mental health issues from the Army to act up. Freedom Forever has caused me so much damage physically, economically, emotionally and otherwise, and their refusal to take any accountability has lead me to no choice but legal action. Avoid this company at any and all costs!
