Absolutely a terrible company to try and conduct normal business. Freedom Forever representatives did not fall through on any questions posted. Mosaic, the lending company rates are outrageous. I’m glad I canceled this whole process at the very beginning. (three days) If a business relation relationship starts out bad you can guarantee it’s only going to get worse. Don’t waste your time with SOLAR pros, Freedom Forever, or Mosaic loan company.

Horrible customer service. My solar was installed without issue back in the beginning of August. Getting it turned on is another story. We waited for 2 months to get the inspection done. We were told APS would be out on October 16th. Called APS. The rep stated freedom forever hasn't contacted them since August 29th. It turns out it was the City of Phoenix is who they were waiting for the inspection on. Calling the 800 number is a joke. It gives an option to have a rep call you back. They never do. They seem very disorganized and I received different information for each person I talked to if it was a district manager, the Project Specialist who has been non-existent to the point where I'll call this one out Nathan Lares (Useless). I should of went with my gut feeling when I signed the contract to go with another Vendor but because I trusted the rep who also works for Titan roofing company and they did such a good job with replacing our roof. I though I could trust this company. I was wrong. Not to mention that reprehensive does not even work with Freedom Forever anymore, so what does that tell you. I'm starting now to wonder if the product is even any good, once it get's turned on Based off the other reviews, it sounds like my 22K was a bad investment. Only time will tell.

The sales reps were very helpful. A previous company had offered us a contract much higher - estimating our usage much higher than it is. The young men assisted in helping us cancel the other contract. Construction crew was awesome. They were very thorough and used every safety precaution. Everything was going very smoothly until the inspection. A few repairs had to be made. We're waiting on final inspection. We were hoping to be using solar by now, but it is construction season.

My husband and I decided to have a solar system installed on our home after meeting with Richard Gaviria & his partner, the sales agent. The agent assured us this was a great company, and that this company performs ethically and professionally as a solar company. Mr. Gaviria, also assured us that Freedom Forever, does all the maintenance, repairs, and personally handles all solar and related issues as they arise. He promised that they have always been quick and efficient with repairs and that I would never have to worry about maintenance or repair of the system. We were also promised to never receive another electric bill from Edison and the “only bill” we would ever receive if we went solar, (set monthly fee) would be from freedom forever, the solar company. We were told that Edison would be raising their prices and as a result the solar company would no longer be offering their “discounted rate”, so the sooner we get a solar system the better. We were made several promises regarding solar which we realized were misleading information to get us to purchase the system. We were never given hard copies of the agreement, until after I requested it I received it via email months later. We now have a bill from Edison for $1200, plus from the solar company of atleast $245. They made many promises and we now know they were false promises. Anyone who experience fraud and misleading information from this company, reach out to me. This company should not be allowed to mislead anyone. Freedom forever and it's sales agents are fraud do not get scammed like us.

Terrible company would not recommend this company to anyone one star it to much bad customer service and communication it’s completely unacceptable

We Bought our house in Nov 2023. Could not complete purchase without obtaining the contract for the solar panels from  Solar Mosaic. The previous owner was delinquent 3 months and our realtor paid it so we could move in. It installed in 2021 for $42,000. We took the contract at $40,000. Two weeks ago we received an electric bill of $131, usually $40. We contacted Mosaic and they redirected us to Freedom Forever the warranty holders (we were unaware of this company). This is when we learned that the warranty was still in the previous owner's name but we were told to provide a deed of trust which we provided. A week later we received an email that stated in short form you had 20 days after purchase of the home to switch the warranty. Nobody informed us. The homeowners neglected to tell us, the realtor and lender were unaware of it. Freedom Forever and Mosaic both say oh well there's nothing we can do. We asked so there's no longer a warranty even though it has a 25yr warranty. They just repeated your not the owner and providing their policy of "within 20 days of escrow" over and over again. We're not being reimbursed for the outages, nor will they acknowledge we should be on the account even though we pay Mosaic $172mo since December.

Total scam! Don’t waste your time or money. Cancelled a project and now 22 days later still have not acknowledged the cancellation. They work hand in glove with Mosaic who have also failed to acknowledge the cancellation. They have no credibility or ethics. Neither company should be operating and scamming people.

I rate this COMPANY 0 They arrived at the end of 2023 placed the Solar System on our roof here in Inverness Florida. We have been contacting them over and over and over they say the same thing. I contact Duke Energy Duke Energy says they never recieved any documents yet to place my Service on with the solar YET Freedom forever states thats all we are waiting for AHHH HELLO My Husband and i are Seniors We have not had any communication but Oh Yes Your service will be on soon we are awaiting Duke But Yet DUKE Energy does not know about about It they never contacted Duke Enenergy. And all I want is it to start to WORK! Than Also remarks are you need to contact and talk to your Salesperson and they will start moving for You Nope He never answers his phone its always on answering machine the other is you will get an email AHHH Hello Never got an email from Freedom Forever stating they will place my service on mean while we have their solar system on my brand new roof. THEY REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SOON! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MONTH 12 2023 we do not have service YET! But the solar is on my roof, and if they don’t want to turn it on I shared remove it and they said they can’t remove what they place.
