Horrible customer service, not very truthful. They have no idea what there doing, you try to call and speak with someone about the countless items missing from your order..... unfortunately that's a non existent option. They want you to communicate threw emails and then you have to wait weeks for a reply. I placed my order around may of 2020 started receiving items slowly in March 2021they said to me that I'll be getting a 2021 pool and items received clearly stated on the boxes "Inspected"on 2016 as well as 2019 so the truth and honesty these people provide fall quite short of both.. they say there a Christian company I think they need to repent they are far from being christian as one could be. Not a nice company to do business with. JAY is so sweet when he's selling a pool but horrible when that customer needs assistance. STAY AWAY, YOU WORK TO HARD FOR YOUR MONEY!! I would truly go somewhere else.

This company is all about telling you what you want to hear until its supposed to deliver. We ordered a complete pool kit. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks later we had delivery of everything but liner & salt package, we're then told a total of 8 weeks for the whole kit to be delivered. 8 weeks comes, we email, no response, we call, finally get an answer, we were told end of May which makes it 11 weeks. End of May rolls around, we call again for status, we were told end of June which now makes it 15 weeks. Customer service reps are rude!!! We are offered a refund for remaining 2 pieces after some not so nice words were exchanged. We made 2 calls and found the liner & salt package close to home and purchased without a problem. We were told refund would be back to us by Wednesday, it's now Friday and we are told its processing. This company is a joke!!!! If you call and order this pool kit they will tell you 4 weeks, we tried to order a new one to see what the answer would be so they are selling products they don't have.

I will admit I read bad review after ordering this pool and freaked out a bit but ended up having a good experience with this company so they deserve the good review (since most people only write reviews when they are bad) I ordered my pool on April 14th I was given a 4-6 week delivery time. Pool was delivered in exactly 4 weeks on May 12, 2021 The driver from R&L solutions was a little anxious and wouldn't let me write the boxes were crushed on the pakcing slip. No problem took pictures of all four sides of the skid, crushed boxes and the license plate of the driver after he left immediately called R&L very friendly and they noted the damage (nothing ended up being damaged inside) On May 21,2021around 1pm I realized we were missing the floor pad for the pool. Called Family Pool Fun spoke to customer service Yvette she was very friendly she explained how to place a ticket # for the missing box and was very happy to hear that I TOOK PICTURES of all 4 sides of the SKID asked me to take picutes of the boxes and the tags and explained how to submit them on their website. Approx 1/2 hour later received a phone call from another lady named Pam she gave me her email to email the picutes of the skid directly to her. By 3pm that day I was told the replacement box was being shipped and by 5pm I had a fed ex tracking number for my missing box . I received the box on Sunday May 23,202. I thanked them for their quick response and they thanked me for taking the picutes of the skids and boxes. Take pictures of everything that comes on the skid, the boxes the tags and make sure pictures of the skid are while it is still shrink wrapped andit would not hurt to take picutes again when shrink wrap is taken off before anything is moved. Taking picutes of the skid (like the advise you to do) was critical in me receiving my replacement in a timely manner. TAKE PICTURES of you delivery immediately after receiving it.

Purchased a pool, liner and pad. Waited 8 weeks to receive it. No communication from Familypoolfun. Received pool with wrong liner and no pad($100 pad) tried contacting them again and no answer. Spend your money elsewhere. you will have issues and they wont respond to help

Stay away from this company they are crooked i ordered pool from them they told me in 6 weeks the pool is gonna arrives. months after months no pool when i called nobody’s answers the phone i called again another day finally they answered the phone customer service rude with attitude oh they dont have the pool in stock.they be selling people pool online which they dont even have it in stock they dont even send any email just to tell you that they dont have the pool in stock if i didnt call them they wasn't gonna call or email me To tell me that.its easy for them to take ur money but to refund ur money always a problem so advised any one stay away crap from this company..go to pool warehouse easy process with them

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not purchase anything from them. I was supposed to get a return mail sticker and they were to cover the return cost of pool steps , but after 7 days of calling and emailing I just got a return address. I should have done more searching, but didn't. Prices aren't that great; it's not worth the aggravation.
