To make a long story short, they refused to refund my money by making a claim that the item that I returned was in an unsellable condition. I made a dispute with my bank, and ultimately won the dispute. They actually tried to lie during the banks investigation, to no avail. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! EVER!!!! You’ll regret it.

We ordered a pool and they delivered the wrong pool to my residence. The customer service promised to call me back and never did. They were quite evasive and never returned my calls. Be aware of “Jay and “Cierra.” A lot of people are not happy with their purchases. This is a bait and switch company. The MN attorney general’s office has been notified.

I was able to communicate with a sales rep prior to the transaction. They were very helpful. Delivery was timely with minimal damage considering the weight of the package. It was difficult getting the item into my house and in the basement.

Poor service, ordered my complete pool kit Dec 2020, pool package arrived on a pallet. I begin putting the pool together in late Mar 2021. After the frame and liner were installed, I realize the pump was missing, only had the skimmer. Contacted FamilyFun, they asked that I send pictures of all of the boxes, I told them the pool was almost together the boxes were gone. Nothing from them, they finally sent me an email, two months later stating that the pump was on backorder until Sep 2021 and I would get a refund. Nothing to date from them and they stop responding to my emails....

All I can say is hope that your order doesn’t come damaged in any way because mine did and I did everything the company required for replacement parts and they never got back to me especially if you get a guy named jay which avoided me just as soon as it came to sending new parts i waited over 2 month for him to respond and send multiple emails and call multiple times all I i get is them telling me jay will get back to me…. The pool it self is good but bad customer service for sure

They are absolutely horrible. My pool was dented all along the bottom I had to hammer so I could put it on track. The skimmer only had one gasket so my pool kept leaking it was. Wide mouth skimmer which felt like it took up my whole pool. Which is only 8ft wide. I ordered an extra liner they told me I didn't get a free one because I upgraded. I had to call and complain at least 10 times. The last lady I spoke to was an absolute B and told me to not call back. Absolutely terrible they got my money so they don't care so they can treat you however they want . I would never purchase from this company again. Zero stars.

Awful awful company. I do not generally leave reviews but the lack of professionalism when speaking with who I'm assuming was "Jay" was astounding. If you want a refund, call your credit card company directly to file a dispute. They are much more helpful. I was charged almost $4,000 and never received what I ordered. Terrible terrible business. Do not order from them!
