You sent me the wrong pool cover. I ordered a WC 740, you sent me a WC-418-4. I sent photos of the package and an email yesterday. I would have sent it a couple of weeks ago but I had phone issues. Thanks, Joe Hart (43213-352-2293)

Not entirely happy with this experience. Purchased steps because advertising on the website showed sides with openings between the columns. Liked this because it allows water flow and I had weights that attached with Velcro around the columns. Steps showed up with solid sides making the weights useless. Unable to get satisfactory answers to my questions from seller other than standard safety statement.

This company is all about telling you what you want to hear until its supposed to deliver. We ordered a complete pool kit. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. 2 weeks later we had delivery of everything but liner & salt package, we're then told a total of 8 weeks for the whole kit to be delivered. 8 weeks comes, we email, no response, we call, finally get an answer, we were told end of May which makes it 11 weeks. End of May rolls around, we call again for status, we were told end of June which now makes it 15 weeks. Customer service reps are rude!!! We are offered a refund for remaining 2 pieces after some not so nice words were exchanged. We made 2 calls and found the liner & salt package close to home and purchased without a problem. We were told refund would be back to us by Wednesday, it's now Friday and we are told its processing. This company is a joke!!!! If you call and order this pool kit they will tell you 4 weeks, we tried to order a new one to see what the answer would be so they are selling products they don't have.

We’ve been waiting for our pool liner for 2 months and we finally received it this weekend. It was an easy one day set up and we’re excited to use it throughout September. Although we finally got our complete pool and it all works, I wouldn’t recommend this company because our entire backyard was destroyed and so was our entire family’s summer. Thank you.

Ordered a step entry system with gate and received all but one piece - the step entry crossover piece- received a 40 foot pool sun cover instead - still waiting on call back but is there anyone waiting on a 40 foot suncover and has a step entry way crossover that they didn't order - we can swap or send it my way and I can send this missing piece to it's rightful owner!!!!

I didnt know this company was a sh!t show until after i placed my order and did some reading. Great website! Then things got real. Pool was delivered, I went through the pallet and shipping list. No pump or filter was shipped (was to be part of the premium package) and no email or anything indicating it would be a 2 part shipment. Customer service was totally rude, evasive, and no hep whatsoever over the 3 days I had to deal with this problem. Fortunately I purchased this pool through one of the listed vendors on the website, and they were the lucky ones to deal with this company to track down where and when I would get a pump. So about 2 weeks after my pool arrived, I got the pump. The pool looks great, all the other pieces were there. IMO, the risk of having something wrong with your order from this company is pretty large, and the help you get from them in return is tiny. I can't recommend. And I've never written about or rated a company ever before.
