No Update or Response From Sent Email
I ordered a photo canvas for my wife with our wedding picture and song. I ordered it on December 14th. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to arrive before Christmas because I ordered it too close to the holiday which is my own fault. BUT I did email them on December 21st asking for an update because all I've gotten is a receipt so far. No response. I looked up Family Panda Reviews this morning and this site popped up. I see the company is responding to reviews posted only hours ago but I haven't gotten a response from my email sent on the 21st. Can I get a response now? Like I said, I wasn't expecting the gift to be delivered before Christmas but I do expect an update. Maybe I'll have a better chance hearing from customer service on this site.

I ordered a blanket for my girlfriend as a Christmas present on December 5th. I have yet to see an update on it or anything saying it was shipped. Not shy about sending promotions though...

I ordered a personalized mug in the beginning of November for a Christmas gift and still haven't received it and tomorrow is Christmas. I'm disappointed in the lack of service. They could never be specific with me on a day for shipment, just that there working on the order. I don't want the order now and requested a refund but haven't heard anything about that either.

“On the way” Definition Varies
Disappointed with the forward communications being used to fend off potential “where is my order” questions. However, the egregious omission that nothing is really moving anywhere isn’t better than being left in the dark. Certainly a darned if I do, darned if I don’t situation. More appropriate would have been to be honest and tell customers your order is not going to make it. My initial review was One Star, but after receiving the product, an ornament for our first Christmas, I was pleased with the item and it would be a Four Star. If you don’t have a deadline, and are looking for nice, personalized items, FamilyPanda can provide it.
