I ordered back in November and received it before Christmas but the top was broken.

I am absolutely happy with my order they did such a wonderful job on the mug and the ornament with the sonogram of my daughters first baby I will definitely order again

Shipping took over a month and a half. Ordered a sonogram mug of our twins and they cropped the photo so bad all you see is one arm. Was meant to be a very special gift for my Husband with our first pregnancy. Very disappointed. I wrote my concerns to the company several days ago and still have not had any feedback or response.
