February 2025 I placed a order for a wall couple picture. As of today, April 7, 2025, I have Not heard from the company regarding where is my order? There is no response to several emails.

No replies to emails, poor customer service
I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10. They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.

Since my last review I miraculously…
Since my last review I miraculously received my order a long time after it was due. Missed Father’s Day completely. Although the company have asked if I would remove my previous review (with a discount code incentive, which I decline) I’m instead writing this. The email address is still fake on their site as was the tracking code. I would not use this company again and do not trust it.

No item received
Ordered a mug for fathers day, was given a delivery date this date has passed, tracking gives no information and it won't let me sign into my account, even when I try to change my password the site gives an error message.

Worst Site Ever!!
The worst site this website is truly a scam odered a canvas for my anniversary they sent me a order number but every time i check it the samething pops up no update no response with real customer service just an automated email just a bunch of bulls**t i highly recommend to NEVER USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM!!!!!!

I hate I didn't read the reviews before spending $230.00+ dollars with this company. I can't track my order or NOTHING!!! My 1 year anniversary is this weekend! And I paid for EXPRESS HANDLING!
