Ordered 2 months ago no gift on Christmas Eve.

Loved the ornament. This is for our Granddaughter’s husband. He will love it! We are being Great Grandparents for the first time! So excited!

Never got my purchase and emailed over 10 Times. Ordered before thanksgiving to have it by Christmas. Very disappointed

I will never order anything from your company again and strongly suggest to anyone shopping on line bypass your adds. I have never dealt with a company such as yours that has NO customer support! And no I haven’t received my order yet.

Love my products! Took a bit long and the tracking information action was not accurate.

I would give zero stars terrible customer service I reached out 1 minute after placing order to ask for a change on the mug I ordered and wasn’t able to cancel and reorder because of an 20% charge on canceled order I would never order from this company again and it’s a shame because a lot of the things on the site look nice. I put off order about 5 things because I wanted to see if they would make the changes but it came incorrect!

Still haven’t received it. End of story.

Ordered mid November not received my order yet 23/12/20 present for my wife for our first Christmas..tree will be back in the loft by the time it comes very poor
