I still haven’t received my order! Just keep getting the same reply. I ordered one month before Christmas!

I ordered Thanksgiving. 2 weeks later, tracking shows it had not shipped yet. I sent an email and auto response indicated customer support would get back in 2 business days. Another week passes and still no response. There is no number to call either! (What business does not have a customer service number to call? If there is one, they do a great job hiding it!) Meanwhile, I am getting emails on promotions to buy more and even an email that says its been a while since I placed my order and sent me an offer to buy again? I then sent 3 more emails. After about 4+ days finally a response. I ended up getting my order just a few days before Christmas. Product was fine. Overpriced and not worth the wait or frustrating experience with lack of communication. I wonder if my package would have been shipped or would have ever arrived had I not reached out multiple times on my own! I was wanting to support small businesses this year. This is one I will not be ordering from again unfortunately.

Ordered it a month ago for Christmas, still haven’t gotten my gift

Took forever to get a response on a shipping confirmation. Due to that alone it scared me thinking this was a scam. It was not, it was just not accurate with the shipping information and I had to hassle customer service to even get that information which I thought was ridiculous. But besides the month it took to receive my order. It's a very nice product and it did make it in time for cmas. So all said and done i would order again but nothing that was needed quickly. And expect a wait for customer service to respond because that took like a week for an actual response not an automated one.

Poster received not what was ordered and very poor quality poster

Unfortunately never received my custom cup ordered 11/20/20 which was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. The tracking number I received on 12/14/20 show's "the tracking number you provided cannot be located and please verify the accuracy of the tracking number provided by your merchant and track again". An email was sent out saying that any order placed before the middle of December was guaranteed delivery before Christmas yet, when I email asking for an update to the status of my "sent" order, I don't get a response.

We’ve been waiting over a month for the order that we placed and I even sent an email to your support and I have received no response. We purchased an ornament for our parents and they now might not even get to use it this year.
