I ordered 2 ornaments one for mommy and one for daddy. When I received the product I had two for daddy and none for mommy. I emailed them the same day since unable to call them. 1 or 2 days later they emailed and said sorry and they will look into and I will hear back in 24 hrs .. it’s been over week I emailed again asking for status update and have not heard anything back .. still waiting . The ornament I did receive I really do love beautiful.. just want the mommy one that was ordered. Was a ornament for a teen parents of their expecting baby

Ordered a mug in November and it is December 26 and I still have not received it!! Very disappointed!

Also, terrible experience. I wish I found these reviews when I purchased a Christmas present for my husband. I paid for express shipping and 3 weeks later. No Christmas present arrived. I asked if I could cancel the order, they said no it’s in transit. Which is a lie because I have not received a tracking number or any email that shows that this is on its way. I think this company is a bit of a scam. They claim they will email you with tracking once it ships, I can assure you I never received this. Their response also took atleast 5 days to let me know it was “on the way”. Anyways don’t buy from this company.

I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered product back in Nov and still have not received my merchandise. They are not very helpful when I send them emails regarding this either. I will never order from them again.

It took way too long to get my coffee mugs. After about a week of placing my order, I realized it was going to take too long, so I placed my order with SDG Clothing and that company fulfilled my order 6 days before I finally received my mugs from Family Panda.

IF I COULD RATE IT NO STARS I WOULD! SHIPPING IS EXTREMELY SLOW AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS AND I PAID FOR SHIPPING! I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL REPORT THEM TO MY BANK

Very disappointed. Took weeks longer than supposed to to receive my order. Which was ordered for a mother of a deceased child. Only to receive someone else’s order. After receiving the wrong order I sent a message a week ago and still have not received a response. So upsetting for myself and another mother who didn’t receive what she ordered either.

Communication was terrible. All communication was initiated by me/buyer. Didnt have size I ordered and only found out because I contacted family panda. Good luck trying to find phone number. Was a bad experience
