I ordered the family tree for my mom, it is beautiful. She absolutely loves it ❤. Makes a great gift, excellent quality. Will be ordering from Family Panda again.

I ordered my moms poster for her 70 birthday at the end of November. I didn't know where to put in her info so I emailed them and they emailed me. They message the second week of December and said they just got my info and that I would not have my poster on time. Even though I sent them all the info on time. I'm still waiting for my moms poster. I will have to give it to her late now. As Christmas was her birthday. Very disappointed.

I liked the finished product but I was very sketched out at first by the company since I never got any tracking number or info but eventually I got my mug took longer than expected and got all the tracking updates after too which was really annoying.

Horrible in sending and receiving ordered this weeks Ago and still don’t have they were holiday gifts now it’s just ridiculous! Would like my money back

The picture is pretty tiny on the mug and the sample makes it seem way bigger. It’s really disappointing since we waited so long and I was very excited to give it to my wife for Christmas.

I’m very displeased with the amount of time it took to get the product to me. It was a very special gift for Christmas and unfortunately it was not here on time. I ordered back in November so there is plenty of time for it to be here for Christmas.

Ordered a Christmas ornament on 12/4. There was no indication on their website - unlike most others- that there could be a delay in shipping. It’s been 24 days since I placed the order and the item has yet to arrive. Customer service, in my opinion, should have issued a refund since this was a Christmas ornament specific to 2020 I will have no use for next year. Instead, I got a barrage of excuses at first, with no attempt to make things right. Subsequently, no response at all. I highly discourage shopping on their site.
