I ordered the item in November 11 and it is now dec 27. I still do not have the order. It was obviously a Christmas present.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t even got that it’s shipped notification so it hasn’t still been shipped yet I do not suggest this to anybody

My order did not ship in a timely manner. When I requested tracking no one answered me for over a week then I received responses everyday from random people even after I had received my package. There should be some type of communication within the shipping departments to avoid multiple responses. That means no one at the company is on the same page. My husband loved his ornament however.

Been waiting since november. Still no cup. Missed Christmas. What is the hold up?

Customer service is not good at all. Ordered a mug and it shipped and there wasn’t any updated information for weeks and I reached out to the company multiple times and no one ever answered.

No customer service, promised 24hr response and still received nothing. Should of had my product delivered well before Christmas orde was placed in November. My last email message I sent was blocked. I will be contacting my C.C. company to stop payment and will never purchase through this company.
