The item ordered came quickly which was great considering the holiday rush. Unfortunately it did not work for what was needed. I looked on line for the return process and followed it. I was able to reach out to customer service and they replied same day about my refund. They have showed trusted customer service. I will use them in the future.

They shipped the wrong thing to me. So I had to send it back prior to them giving me the right item. Not sure why I even paid for mail protection.
