Factory Direct JewelryReviews of factorydirectjewelry.com

This company is great. Great prices because there is no middle man. Product came to me pretty quickly. I was not liking how the chain I ordered looked on me so the return process was great. I emailed them they sent back an email with the go ahead. I did ship the item back to them with insurance that covered the cost of the item just incase it got stolen in the mail. They were super friendly and accommodating throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

My earrings are absolutely adorable! They are smaller than they appear to be in the ad, but are of excellent quality.very happy with my purchase.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Item was as described and arrived quickly.

I ordered a compass pendant that was listed as solid 14KT yellow gold. I paid over $600 for it. Once received it was stamped 14KTGC. This means gold-capped, which is not solid. When I reached out to speak to someone I was told there was only one person working and there was no one to speak to about the false advertising. I could send an email. I was issued a partial refund minus shipping. Beware of listings as they are false and high-dollar for cheap or fake items! With minimal company support

I am not happy with the service due to the package was not delivered even though it said delivered and they wouldn’t do anything to help me out

Ordering these earrings was simple. I’ve looked all over and Factory Direct has the best prices by far. These gold hoop earrings are a perfect size and they are so pretty. I appreciated the quick shipping, also.

The necklace and pendant I purchased for my husband is beautiful. He's so cute because he's afraid to wear it in the shower. I told him he can because 14kt and it won't tarnish. Well worth the price. The quality is excellent and received it really quick.

Recomendado 100% la calidad super buena 👍 los anillos 💜 hermosos y la entrega puntual.
