Factory Direct JewelryReviews of factorydirectjewelry.com

I was impressed watching how my ring was made. My ring is very delicate and beautiful. And it was delivered very quickly. I am very happy with my experience. I have already ordered and received my second ring. I will be recommending Factory Direct Jewelry to my friends and family. Thank you.

used the instructions given by them on their website for ring measurement and was so excited to get this ring for an upcoming trip 😭 but it does not fit. However, after speaking with them they are covering the shipping to exchange it for a more appropriate size and we are expected to receive the replacement in time for our trip! Be aware the website has technical issues and charged an extra $3 for package protection that I actually deselected. The ring is exactly as shown and described. And I will feel comfortable buying from them in the future!
