Recently I ordered a name pendant with a Butterfly and before it was shipped I asked if they can change the font of my order they said they did I ended up double checking to get confirmation if they did change it they confirmed with me again that It was changed. When I received it was not what I asked for the pendant itself was easy to bend and it did not look appealing at all to what was shown on the website I’ve ordered from here before this was the only disappointing item I have received from them.

Price was high for such small plumeria earrings. But I can not afford larger ones at the prices you charge.

Our pricing reflects the value of the 14K gold, as well as the craftsmanship, labor, production, and shipping involved in creating each piece. We offer different sizes and styles at various price points so our customers can choose an option that best fits their preferences and budget. Gold pendant weight inaccurate
Pendant was supposed to be 2.2g gold. It’s was 1.9g. .3g weight difference is way too much of a discrepancy. I didn’t wanna deal with the hassle of an exchange or return, but I shouldn’t have had needed to in the first place.

I selected a smooth silver band in 11.5. I received a beveled ring that did not fit. I chose the size after having a ring re-sized to 11.5 at a local jeweler.

Cat Fished
The pendant was much smaller than on the picture and hollow. Looked like something you could get in a Cracker Jack box.

The pendant is much smaller than advertised I was very disappointed. I measured it and it is 0.5” smaller. It is the size a small child may wear. I am disabled and it is difficult to return. I will just see it as a lesson learned . Beautiful packaging on the positive side.
