Dislike the false information about the…
Dislike the false information about the praying hands medallion I have purchased, the price was for $527+, and with a chain, by the end of the purchase I was paying $1,157.00 when I contacted you about it, you told me that the medallion is $990. And the micro thin chain you had charged $190.00 which is not worth it, so I sent the chain back to you for a refund, In hopes you will honor me my funds back, and that's why I am dissatisfy with the product, and the false advertisement, SMH

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your purchase, and we would like to clarify the pricing to avoid any misunderstanding. The $549.99 price referenced is for the 10K gold small-version pendant only. Your order was for the larger 10K gold version with a 20-inch chain, which is why the price for the jewelry was $1,089.99. In addition, your order included $39.99 for overnight shipping, bringing the total to $1,129.98. We want to assure you that the pricing was based on the specific item and options selected on your order and was not intended to be misleading. Regarding the chain, you are welcome to initiate a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund according to our return policy. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify the details of your order. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, Factory Direct Jewelry

The ring is beautiful but it came tarnished and dirty. I had to take it to my local jewelers to have it cleaned and buffed.

Silver Ring
The ring is really pretty, but very thin in metal. The picture is deceiving because it looks much thicker and heavier. I was hoping it was bigger
