False Advertising
I ordered a compass pendant that was listed as solid 14KT yellow gold. I paid over $600 for it. Once received it was stamped 14KTGC. This means gold-capped, which is not solid. When I reached out to speak to someone I was told there was only one person working and there was no one to speak to about the false advertising. I could send an email. I was issued a partial refund minus shipping. Beware of listings as they are false and high-dollar for cheap or fake items! With minimal company support

My newest charm
My newest charm. Is not solid gold. Does not meet the description. Very disappointed. It’s like cardboard with a wee little piece of gold glued on like a piece of cardboard with like gold foil on the back. Very unappealing.
