The ring is very beautiful. It could've used a little more detail on the arch, but for the price it's perfect. The metal & stone quality are excellent. Shipping & delivery times were much better than expected, especially on an irregular size.

Unique jewelry, not seen everywhere. Quick shipment, perfect condition on arrival and exactly as described. Only complaint was that it had markings that I could not figure out what they meant next to the 14K. I knew what that was, but the other 3 initials I did not recognize as a code for gold.

The piece on the medallion was to small for my chain even though I asked for it to be large so I had to pay 30 to a jewler to replace

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent order. We truly value your feedback and are sorry to hear that the item you received, did not qualify for a better rating. We are still happy that it is still not completely negative, and we still appreciate it. Our bail size fits chains up to 3.5mm in thickness and while we accommodate bail size changes, we did not receive any requests about adjusting the bail. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve our services and offerings. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, Factory Direct Jewelry
