Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us at Factory Direct Jewelry. We hope you're having a wonderful day! I would like to clarify that all of our jewelry items made from 14k gold are indeed crafted from solid 14k gold. We do not offer any gold-plated jewelry, ensuring that you receive high-quality pieces that meet your expectations. With every order, we provide a certificate of authenticity along with your invoice, which details the cost of the item. However, please note that we do not issue certificates of appraisal. This is to ensure that our focus remains on delivering genuine, high-quality jewelry. I understand that you may have some concerns regarding previous communications. We have thoroughly reviewed all correspondence related to your inquiry and have responded to your email. If you haven't seen our reply, I recommend checking your SPAM or Junk folder, as sometimes emails can inadvertently end up there. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help! Thank you for choosing Factory Direct Jewelry. Best regards, Factory Direct Jewelry
