I had an amazing experience with…
I had an amazing experience with Factory Direct Jewelry. Easy to navigate the web page and to order. The items I ordered arrived quickly with Free shipping. I ordered a gold chain for my husband and a gold cross. We did up returning the chain, but only because he had bought one before I could : ) The quality from Factory Director was some of the best I have ever seen. The chain was well made and stood out. The cross was perfect for a man as it was subtle but strong looking. The return policy was easy and they were quick to refund me the amount. I would order from Factory Direct Jewelry again.

Awesome necklace. Slight issue with delivery but that was on me. Aside from that I’m completely happy with the Enso necklace.

Have not received order still. Been about 2-3 weeks . Hard process just to get to tracking info which is useless cause it’s been in the same place or order status since day one.
