THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE , ELEVATOR DAMAGED , DEAD RATS IN THE STAIRS , DEAD BODY STINCH IN THE STAIR HALL WAYS , CHARGE YOU DAILY FOR WIFI , BEWARE !!!!

Worst place to stay. We stayed at extended stay in Troy Mi. The staff were great but the room was terrible. There bathroom sink leaked. The room was filthy. I did not feel safe. They say breakfast was included. Breakfast was coffee, a granola breakfast bar, and mini muffin. (One kind). Don't go by pictures. The pictures look nice but in reality there room was terrible. The stove and refrigerator were filthy. No utensils or plates if you wanted to cook. After taking a shower I felt like I needed another one. Still felt dirty. Floor was sticky. Afraid to take my shoes off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

This property is the worst place that I have ever been to. i was there for almost 3 months and have found that the place required a major repair. The maintenance man did not address any issues that i brought up to them. one major safety issue that was never addressed was an issue with an outlet in the bathroom it was loose and could have been a safety concern i had to bring this up to the front desk, which kept saying that they would write up a maintenance ticket but spite that it was never addressed and to this day is still a concern, The bad thing is that if there is a major issue over the weekend you need to wait till monday for them if your lucky fix it.. the propery on the outside is not welcoming the parking lots are full of dirt and trash and dog poop and the landscape is looks bad. Some people smoke at the front entrance.

The first room we went to was dirty toenail clippings on the floor tv was corroded with i don’t know what , the couch was clawed up and there was ashes on the floor , it was completely disgusting , the second room there was a hole in the wall you could fit an infant through and not much cleaner than the first . Very disappointed the whole building smelt like weed and there were questionable people all over the property outside !

I had thee best time at Extended Stay America at Brunswick pike Princeton from the time I checked in on July 8 till my check out August 1. The receptionists Lakeicha (general manager) and TY were very courteous informative professional and down right friendly. My Coffee maker daily Charmine who I nick named SUNSHINE because she always brightened my day was so courteous kindhearted informative and went above and beyond by letting me borrow a toaster pots and pans with covers and a dish. I have to mention too the maintenance man was Johnny on the spot when my swivel wheels on my desk chair needed repair. He was also quick in removing trash daily. They all deserve a boost in pay. I recommend anyone who needs a room book EXTENDED STAY AMERICA you won't be disappointed. My rating is 5 🌟 well deserved. They all became my friends and hopefully my VA case managers Melvin Jessica and Madison will send me back to my room 228 sometime in the future. THANK YOU ALL JAMES A SAKOS

I went to pick up a package just after 11pm but was stunned at how rude the night clerk was. He said loudly "WE'RE CLOSED", which OK, I can understand that, however it was the WAY he said it. The package was literally 6 feet away from him and when I mentioned this, he was even more rude and loud and said I would have to wait until morning, and then said "LEAVE" and rudely turned away and left me while I was still talking to him. The way he treated me was unbelievable and not the way anyone should be treated, especially however was the way he said it. This experience has made me feel terrible. I hope they find a new night clerk, thank you.

Extended Stay Of America - Charlotte - Tyvola Rd- Executive Park Title: Deceptive, Unsanitary, and Unsafe – Worst Stay Ever Review: My stay at Extended Stay America from May 21 to June 11, 2025 was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property was fraudulently misrepresented—the advertised amenities on their website did not match the reality of the room. The suite was infested with roaches, which clearly indicated that the entire building was affected. Roach powder was scattered across the bathroom floor, and one evening, I even had to chase a flying roach around the room. The furniture was either missing or damaged, likely chewed or torn by previous guests’ pets. The oven was filthy, as if someone had cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner, it exploded and was never cleaned. To make matters worse, there was constant marijuana smoke throughout the building. It reeked 24/7, and management did nothing to address the issue. I suffer from asthma, and breathing in that noxious smoke daily severely impacted my health. I have numerous photos documenting these conditions and am now seeking legal advice. Despite reaching out, I’ve been waiting nearly two months for a final resolution from corporate. It seems they’re hoping this egregious, deplorable experience will just disappear. Extended Stay America should be held accountable.

I had a hotel booked for Thursday night last week. We were 4.5 hours into our 6 hour trip at 5:36 when the phone rings to tell us they no longer have a room for us. I booked the room 3 weeks prior. Thank goodness we were able to find another room, but it cost us more money. At the end of my very annoyed call I confirmed that they would not be charging my credit card.  now here comes the kicker they charged me a no-show fee. It has been over a week now and I cannot get anyone to return my call or my money!!!!  I have both called and emailed the corporate office… customer service obviously it’s not a priority …
