I had the best experience at this hotel amazing customer service and Tosha is amazing made sure that my room good and it was really clean room and comfortable bed and had the best sleep I had in a while and very quiet too no noise

Hello, My kids & i have stayed here at the Extended Stay America located Bessemer 35022. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the Site Manager, Angulika, and her Staff, Shannon, Dominique, for thier professiolism, attentiveness, and caring attitudes toward thier tentents.

I want to caution travelers about my recent experience with this Extended Stay America location. Although the brand presents itself as a reliable hotel option, this property failed to uphold basic standards of communication and reservation management. I booked a room, paid in advance, and received a confirmation number. Since I was traveling from Fort Lauderdale after 6 PM and expected to arrive in Orlando around 11 PM, I trusted that my reservation would be honored—something I have never had an issue with at other reputable hotels. However, upon arrival, I found a line of guests at the front desk who were also experiencing problems. When it was my turn, the front desk agent asked for my reservation number. Before I could even finish providing it, she informed me that my reservation had been canceled, the hotel was sold out, and there was no room available. Although they offered a refund, this left my family and me without accommodations late at night after a long trip. If you plan to arrive after 6 PM or anticipate any delays, be aware that this location may not honor your reservation, even if it is prepaid and confirmed. I strongly recommend reviewing all disclaimers carefully to avoid an unexpected and stressful situation.

Great welcome and greeting from hotel manager Kelly. Very clean and comfortable stay in Bluffton. All staff were very friendly and professional in demeanor.. compliments to Kelly in his efforts to meet all requests, and in filling his staff to work as a team.

Chino-CA Extended Stay was nice. Clean. Mannerable. No issues Always is. Thank you to Jordan, Evan, Christen, Yesmene, and Torie-Supervisor. Entire team is welcoming and make sure everything runs as it should. Stayed here more than once for several months. Great Team. Great Hotel. No complaints.

I got to hotel at 10:30 pm. The doors were blocked with coat racks. I had to use the phone outside to check in after hours. I thought this was a normal hotel where somebody worked 24 hours. My room had no shampoo. Cabinets were old and raggedy. Bed had bugs. This place was awful, will never use again.

Brug aldrig ESA Glendale i LA som turist.. Dårlig service ,vi så ikke rengøring i de 2 uger vi var der .Morgenmad to go Stod der ikke noget om. Renovering af gulve med meget larm og aflukke for værelsesdør, ikke advaret om noget. OG så går de ind på ens kort og trække penge, uden kort og ejerens godkendelse.

I have stayed ar the location in Daytona Beach. I see all staff members pulling thier weight and going above and beyond to help there guests.
