There is one Extended Stay in particular that I'm reviewing it's at 5375 Farwell place in Fremont. I love staying there not just because the rooms are nice but because the staff is amazing. There are super friendly, professional, helpful, and compassionate for there customers. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in that City

Awful place #Avoid Extended Stay West Valley Las Vegas. Dirty, smelly and completely outdated rooms. Breakfast consists of coffee in flasks and a muffin. This place is a scam... WiFi that’s advertised as free, is very slow indeed.Floors of rooms filthy.. Stayed for 10 days and no cleaners visited NOT ONCE! They also allow anyone to walk onto the property and between rooms. Pizza delivery leaflets daily from people who try to enter the room?.Swimming pool dirty and closed (thank god) #LetsGuide

Warning, this is a long review! It all started when our flight out of Tampa was canceled. The airline failed to secure hotel room for passengers and instead left the task up to the passengers. We all called around looking for available rooms. I was fortunate, so I thought, to reserve and book two rooms at the Extended Stay on Memorial Drive in Tampa. My family of six loaded all of our luggage into a shuttle and headed for the hotel. Upon arrival could see several other passengers from our flight checking in as well. My family waited for our turn to check-in. When we were finally up, we were greeted, or shall I say barked at, by the night manager. I told her I was checking-in and was immediately met with “no you’re not”. I was shocked! I said “what do you I’m not checking-in?” She says, “we’re all out of rooms.” I’m like, “how can that be, I just called less than 20 minutes ago and reserved two rooms and gave you my credit card?” She responds with “you didn’t call me or I would have told you we didn’t have any rooms, you must’ve called corporate.” Standing there with my family of six with nowhere to go I say, “what recourse do I have since you do not have any rooms?” Her response: “I don’t know but, we don’t have any rooms.” I ask her for the number to the corporate offices and she refuses. She tells me I already have the number since that’s who I called to make the reservation. I ask again for the number to corporate. Again, she refuses and says “I already told you got the number because you called them to make the reservation.” I then told her to “give me the f-ing number.” At which point she says, “if you’re going swear I’m going to call the police.” My wife and I respond in unison, “go ahead, the police will love to hear this!” The sheriff was there about five minutes later and probably had the best laugh of his shift. After all was said and done, corporate had determined there actually were two rooms available and the night manager failed to report the rooms were “not available for service due to maintenance”. Needless to say this was an absolutely nightmare - Extended Stay America did nothing to remedy the issue. Corporate initiated a customer complaint and assured me I’d be contacted within 24 hours - as I write this review, it’s now been one month and I have yet to hear from their customer relations department! What a joke of a company! Run, don’t walk, to any competitor of Extended Stay America, you’ll be glad that you did.

Will never stay at the Mukilteo extended stay again. It was very musty, beds uncomfortable and overall experience was very disappointed.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. For starters i got kicked out if this hotel for something that wasn't me.I rebooked the hotel fir another night and received a call from the front desk saying they could not accommodate my request.I asked why not and they informed me u had a lot if traffic and noise from my room but the thing is,i was asleep during this. I told them that and the manager was completely immature and rude and hung up on me . I have never been treated so badly by a company. Also when they took a copy of my license they did not give it back .when i went to front desk and asked for it,they grabbed it out if a pile of like 100 ID's and never called my room to inform me they had it. The girl at the front desk made a comment that her boyfriend could make alot of money selling forgotten IDs .I'm very unhappy with this hotel and will write a review on site after site letting it be known.

They did not have room I booked when I arrived. The receptionist lady was rude and left desk so only option left for me was to call from lobby to even talk to someone after waiting more than 15 minutes. I sent an email to corporate dept and all I see is fake apology email. I had to book another hotel at a tourist place and last minute which cost me few hundred dollars extra. Location - Hampton, VA

The new management and staff have turned this hotel completely around. Check-in is a breeze thanks to Rianah and Mike. The upgrades to the place are great, especially getting out the carpet for hardwood floors and upgrading every room with energy saving appliances.
