Not impressed. Paid a lot for Galleri test quality customer service. No order confirmation from them. Called twice and can’t get an order confirmation or order number and what happens next! Klarna had confirmation of the purchase but Everlywell acts like nothing exists entirely of hearing two days in a row someone will get back with you and they don’t. I’m gonna dispute it with Klarna and probably just go to Galleri test directly to order it. This is beyond ridiculous

I bought a Thyroid testing kit on EBAY. After 2 days of trying to register the kit I was told that Everlywell would not honor any kit bought off of EBAY even if it was sealed when I received it. They said that it was already registered with the original buyer. Why can’t they re-register it? I don’t understand why this was not honored. That’s $35 down the drain.

Been using this lab for at least 10+ years and they are accurate to one point of the medical lab that my doctor uses

It’s great if your test goes smoothly and everything registers correctly, but if you actually need to get something fixed or get something resolved, you cannot get any response from customer service. The idea is great, but I highly recommend you go to a different company.

I would avoid Everlywell at all costs. I bought a Food Sensitivity test at Rite Aid, and when I went to register it, they said they no longer supported that "version" of the test. I contacted customer support, but they refused to replace the kit unless I could provide proof of purchase... from a store that's out of business.

I wanted to do a lipid panel between dr. appointments to check progress on my a1c and my cholesterol. I ordered a test. The test was easy to complete with the video instructions and simple printed instructions. I mailed it on a friday and had my results on Tuesday.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They need better descriptions of their products. I bought a machine that i thought was going to save me money on testing. The product does not mention the machine is for single use only. You think being a machine that you would be able to use it multiple times. It is such a waste on our landfills and our my wallets to create a machine for single use only. I was very unhappy with the poor description and of course i bought it thinking different. When i found out it was single use only i contacted Everlywell and they refused to let me return my purchase and refund me. They didn't even offer a partial refund for their poor product description that i find very misleading. I feel scammed and im very unhappy. I never complain either but for the amount of money i spent i am pissed enough to complain.

The entire process was easy and efficient. The information provided on the foods I have some level of sensitivity to has been helpful in making me feel better quickly. Also, the recommended procedure on how to add back foods over time I believe will enable me to determine which foods I might be able to eat periodically.
