Buyer beware. Even if you select the one time purchase option you still have a subscription. Also, I get visual package notification on packages and it comes from China and is re-packaged here in the States. I was told I could return the product and get a refund. Still waiting for a response.

Not accurate at all
After performing numerous other food sensitivity tests I decided to pay for the complete food sensitivity test with Everlywell. The results were crazy. I could not figure any of the results and you can only email with people who are not helpful. It was explained that the test only recognizes foods in your bloodstream on that day. So, at the time I was avoiding gluten and had not consumed any on a month. No sensitivity to gluten was registered. I eliminated gluten because a previous doctor administered blood test recommended that I eliminate gluten. Because I had eliminated gluten the Everlywell test did not register any sensitivity to gluten. Then even more bizarre was that I supposedly had shellfish in my blood. I have not consumed any seafood - of any kind - in 50 years. Even my supplements come in vegan capsules with no fish. It would have been nice if I could have spoke to someone about my results - the website gives the impression you can discuss your results - however, you can only "discuss" over email. Overall, the test was a complete waste of money. If you are thinking of using an online service, I found CheckMyBodyHealth.com to be useful. I have tried most of the services, and Everlywell is by far the worst. The idea is great. The execution poor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that your Food Sensitivity Test results felt confusing and that you didn’t receive the support you expected — that’s not the experience we want for anyone.
We’d like to help clear up a few things because some of the information you were given doesn’t align with our processes or how our test works. The Food Sensitivity Test does not measure foods “in the bloodstream on that day,” and we would not advise customers that it does. Instead, the test measures IgG reactivity and is designed to guide a temporary elimination and reintroduction process to help identify which regularly consumed foods may be contributing to IgG-related symptoms. It also does not diagnose allergies or intolerances.
Foods not eaten regularly (typically 1–3 times per week for 4–6 weeks prior to collection) are less likely to show reactivity. That said, we would never suggest reintroducing foods that you’ve been medically advised to avoid or that cause known adverse symptoms. Foods you aren’t currently consuming are unlikely to be contributing to your present symptoms.
We also checked internally and weren’t able to locate any email conversation matching the situation you described. That doesn’t mean you didn’t reach out—but it does mean we weren’t able to find your case to review what happened or offer accurate follow-up.
We would genuinely appreciate the chance to look into this directly and provide clarity. Could you please email us again at [email protected] with the subject line “Attention: Food Sensitivity Support”? Your message will be routed to the right team member, and we’ll be glad to go through your results or any concerns in detail.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re here to help and hope we’ll have the opportunity to support you.

I am satisfied with the test and its…accurancy.
I am satisfied with the test and its results, I am not satisfied that I have to use Chrome as my browser to see the results. EVERY contact I have now does not recognize me and I have to prove and prove again who I am. It is time consuming and annoying.

Refusal to Honor a Valid Test Kit — Unfair and Unprofessional
I purchased an authentic Everlywell test kit on eBay in 2021, fully sealed and clearly branded by Everlywell, with an expiration date in 2026. When I tried to register the kit on their website, I received an error stating that the test was no longer supported.
After contacting Everlywell, their customer service repeatedly refused to process my test, claiming it was sold by an “unauthorized reseller,” even though the kit was genuine, unexpired, and purchased in good faith. Later, they changed their reasoning and said the test was “discontinued.”
This is unacceptable — the product was sold as an official Everlywell kit, and nowhere in their 2020–2021 terms of service did they state that valid, unexpired kits purchased from secondary markets would be refused. A company should honor its own branded products and not penalize consumers for resale channels it failed to control.
Everlywell’s responses were inconsistent and dismissive, and they have offered only a small discount rather than standing behind their product. I’ve asked for either fulfillment of the service or a proper resolution, but they continue to deflect responsibility.
I strongly caution others to avoid buying Everlywell kits. This experience shows poor accountability and disregard for customer trust.
UPDATE:
Thank you for replying, but your explanation still does not address the core issues:
1. Everlywell already received full payment for this test.
The kit was purchased wholesale by a distributor before it reached eBay.
That means Everlywell profited from this product and is now refusing to deliver the service attached to it.
If Everlywell will not honor the test, then a full refund is the only appropriate remedy.
2. Your “unauthorized reseller” excuse did not exist in your 2020–2021 terms.
There was no warning, no disclaimer, and no policy stating that valid kits purchased second-hand would be refused.
You cannot retroactively apply a policy to a product sold years ago.
3. The kit is authentic, sealed, and unexpired (expires 2026).
You are refusing a product that is clearly legitimate and still within its usable period.
4. You changed labs — that is Everlywell’s internal decision.
Consumers should not be penalized because Everlywell voluntarily transitioned to a new lab and made older kits incompatible.
When a company invalidates its own unexpired products, they are responsible for providing a remedy.
5. You contradict your own explanation.
• First you said “unauthorized reseller.”
• Then “discontinued.”
• Now “lab transition.”
These inconsistencies show that Everlywell is shifting blame rather than providing a fair resolution.
6. You offer replacements only to direct purchasers—yet the test is the same.
This is discriminatory and arbitrary.
A valid, unexpired kit is a valid, unexpired kit, regardless of where the consumer purchased it.
Everlywell is effectively keeping the revenue from the original sale while refusing the service.
This is not ethical, and it is not responsible business practice.
Your discount code is not an adequate resolution.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the chance to clarify what happened.
The test kit you purchased was originally sold through an unauthorized third-party marketplace (eBay). Because Everlywell cannot verify handling or chain of custody for products sold outside of our authorized partners, we’re unable to guarantee the integrity or eligibility of these kits for processing. For this reason—and as outlined in our Refund, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy—kits purchased through unauthorized resellers aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements.
Additionally, in the past year we transitioned to a new CLIA-certified laboratory for our Food Sensitivity panel. Earlier versions of this test, including those sold prior to this transition, are no longer compatible with current laboratory requirements and cannot be processed. Customers who purchased directly from Everlywell or an authorized retailer are eligible for a courtesy replacement in these situations.

We truly regret any frustration this caused. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if there’s anything further we can clarify or help with.
We appreciate the opportunity to address your concern.

False Positive On Test
I took an STI test from Everlywell and it told me that it was positive for Hepatitis C. I have never used a needle or been around needles in my life which is truly the only way to transmit HEPC. Their tests claim 99% certainty with test results.
I went to my doctors office and they said they frequently see false positives from at home testing, and not to worry. My doctor was right, my test was negative for everything. What a ridiculous way to find out and a week of stress and anxiety to worry over nothing.
I do not believe any of their tests are that accurate.
Response from EverlywellOct 31, 2025
We understand how concerning unexpected results can be. A reactive (positive) hepatitis C antibody result doesn’t always mean an active infection—it can sometimes be a false positive or indicate a past, resolved infection. Follow-up testing with a healthcare provider is always recommended.
All Everlywell tests are processed by CLIA-certified labs that meet high standards for accuracy. If you’d like our team to review your results or provide support, please contact us at [email protected] or 888-813-0230 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST).

FRAUDULENT EVERLYWELL!!!
BEWARE!!! OCT. 26/25. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
At 72, not as tech saavy as most, I believed I ordered ONE three packets of pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto as a trial.
Since August I’ve been charged 70.00CAD/week, almost $500.00CAD for endless supplies of this product which causes my face to blush bright red for hours. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! The company will NOT permit a withdrawal from the subscription. It’s “customer service” email is BOGUS! FRAUD and btw, targeting older women as a “menopausal” remedy.
Response from EverlywellOct 31, 2025
We are sorry for any confusion. Everlywell does not sell pumpkin seed oil and we do not ship orders to Canada. It appears there is a company with a similar name that offers that product, but we are not affiliated with them in any way.
We hope this clears things up.
