Slow Processing and Customer Support is non-existent
The processing time of my last test was slow from the West Coast lab. Other tests that were directed to the East coast were processed more timely. There is no telephone number to call for customer support. Also, no app for Android users. I will look elsewhere for future tests.

We're sorry to hear about the delay with your test processing time, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. Our Customer Service number is 888-813-0230. The Everlywell app is currently available only on the Apple App Store, but we hope to bring it to Android in the future.

process is great, some results were strange
The delivery, instructions, and shipping back were very straight forward. I also got my results in a reasonable amount of time. Some of my results were strange and unhelpful. A great test to see what I wasn't sensitive to so I could dig in on things that I could be sensitive to.

Easy to collect samples
Easy to collect samples. Easy to ship. Results close to labs run by my own MD.

The test was easy to do and results…
The test was easy to do and results were fast. This helped me identify foods that may be causing reactions that I wouldn’t have thought of.

Easy instructions and detailed explanation of results
The instructions were easy and it was easy to register my kit online. The only downside for me was that I would have liked the results faster. It took 8 business days to get results from the time I mailed them. That's not horrible, but if they could be available within a day or two of the lab receiving them, it would be excellent. Many of us are doing the at-home tests to get some results faster. Other than that, I really appreciate the detailed explanation of my test results--in a way I could understand. It was easy to download the PDF and send it to my doctor for followup. I highly recommend.

I'll continue to use this service…
I'll continue to use this service however it needs an App for the Google Play store and I would like to see a more consistent results availability for the customer. I took a Testosterone test and mailed it back the same day on 3/3/2025 and the results are still not available as of 3/15/2025.

Test was easy to do
Test was easy to do and I got the results quickly. I gave it a 4 because it came back with a food sensitivity to coffee which Ive never had.
