Robocalling every day. Texting without permission. I have never used this company and didn't sign up for robocalls and texts. I am on the do not call list and you have been reported. Companies that robocall should be put out of business.

They called me for my husband (who has his own phone number) and refused to disclose what type of company they are (claiming it is in a hipa violation), and rudely repeat who they want to speak with until you just hang up on them. A quick Google said they are some kind of at home lab company. She could have said that, but she wanted my husband’s information. We have never even used their services so how do they have some of our information??? The disrespect is insane. They are a scam. Beware!!!

Very easy to do and got results quick

Over the years, I used this company all the time, and found them to be reliable. The most recent time I used them, I received no communication when specimen was received or when it was ready. To be fair, they are avaliable by phone for problems/questions. When I called as to the status of my results, which by that time were 1 week overdue, I was informed that there was a problem with the testing equipment for my particular stress test. That rep told me that it should be ready in 2 days, which it was and that I would get an email when it was ready, which I did not. I have to wonder whether my test results are accurate due to equipment malfunctioning. Probably will not use them again.

I recently ordered the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test through Everlywell and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. As someone who is proactive about my health and longevity screening, I was looking for a convenient way to add this powerful tool to my wellness routine, and Everlywell delivered perfectly. From the moment I placed my order, everything was seamless. I received my lab requisition form quickly by email with detailed instructions, which made getting started incredibly easy. No complicated steps or waiting around — just clear guidance and everything I needed to complete the blood draw at a local lab. The process was straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. My results came back quickly, and the report was easy to understand with helpful context. One of the biggest bonuses? Everlywell frequently runs excellent sales, especially on the Galleri test. I was able to get this comprehensive screening at a much better price than expected, making it even more accessible for proactive health monitoring. I highly recommend Everlywell to anyone interested in convenient at-home lab testing. Their customer service, speed, and reliability are top-notch. Whether you’re tracking specific biomarkers or stepping up your cancer screening like I did with Galleri, this is a brand you can trust.

My kit was delivered and 2 weeks later the lab still didn't show it received. I called to complain. Was told it was escalated to the lab. Got messaged my results would be no later than 6/3/26. 6/10/26 still no results. Was told they're running behind. Another week passed when I asked for a refund. Only received a partial refund. Was told they had to cover their shipping costs. What a ripoff. Their mistake and they took my money to cover shipping. Never again. Do not use this service.

The delivery, instructions, and shipping back were very straight forward. I also got my results in a reasonable amount of time. Some of my results were strange and unhelpful. A great test to see what I wasn't sensitive to so I could dig in on things that I could be sensitive to.

Everything was super efficient and done quickly! Took no more than 5 days to get my results back and all the information attached to it was great. A nice way to check in other things within your body from the comfort of your own home! 10/10
