Bought the kit, was diagnosed with leukemia and a bone marrow transplant and had to wait until my blood typing changed. Finally after a few years was excited to take the test only to find it expired and they won’t replace it. What a joke.

Don't use this AI scam website. They are just stealing your information with the extremely invasive registration process and no way to delete your account and the customer service is an AI bot. The test kit I was sent is defective garbage so I never even got the chance to try it out as intended. They also will only give partial refunds.

I love this company. I don’t have insurance, so it cost less to order through them, no doctor’s visit, and if my results need a follow up, it’s included with the test I ordered.

Horrible . I spent 70$ bucks just to get deliveried the wrong stuff. I tried multiple times reaching out by phone email and chat no response . All I want is either my refund or to be sent to the proper medication … shit is wild would not recommend this to anyone It’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to communicate with u

Since purchasing my test I cannot track it's shipping. You log in to the website and it wants you to register your test, There is no record of my purchases under account or where it is in shipping. It's super unprofessional and barbaric and annoying.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very difficult to do business with. I had a glitch when ordering and the test was ordered twice. I wanted to return the test kit for a refund ($300), but NO RETURNS. this is an unopened, unused kit and the majority of the cost is in the lab process but they would not compromise at all. Rip off company

Terrible customer service. After losing our home in the wildfire, I contacted Everlywell about test kits that had been displaced and was told they were still active and fine to use. When I later needed help registering a kit, I contacted them before it expired and repeatedly followed up, but their delays allowed the kit to expire while I was waiting for assistance. They then blamed the expiration on me and refused to replace it. But said I could purchase more kits. Such a scam! This is also the second time their lack of communication has put one of my tests at risk. Everlywell is incredibly difficult to get a response from and does not take responsibility for its own customer service failures. I will never purchase from or recommend this company again.

Still waiting for my test results. It’s been 7 business days. Since I purchased it’s been about 3 weeks or more. I would totally recommend a different company. Some do it in as little as 3 days…
