everything was packed well and labeled, best thing to do is read the instruction book and layout the pieces before you start, easy to put together. you will need a 8-10ft ladder to do the roof, doing the netting and privacy cover was a little confusing, overall very satisfied.

Gazebo was easy to order and came quickly. This large product was shipped by FedEx which made it extra special as I assumed it would be shipped by truck, and I would have to be home for it.

I purchased two swivel rocker outdoor patio chairs with cushions. Both sets arrived complete and without damage. Assembly is required, all screw packs and parts arrived complete. The instructions are very weak but the only important thing to worry about is the correct placement of the seat spring and post onto the bottom of the seat. The picture on the manual is not very clear on this detail. When assembling make sure you do not tighten the screws until all the screws for the part you are working on are in place and loosely tightened. The hole alignment is not perfect but working slow and loose with the screwing will help for a more enjoyable assembly process. Overall, this was a good value for the money (pre-tariffs).

You said perfectly about how to tighten the screws is the need to make sure you do not tighten the screws until all the screws for the part you are working on are in place and loosely tightened.
