Took me several hours to assemble. The surface material was so inferior that allowed the screws to pop thru the surface. I like the design and how it fits in my room.

It looks like the expensive models, the wood and baskets are good quality. The fabric is the only thing I can tell a big difference in, it is very thin and I’m not sure how machine washable it is. It works right now for my kitten, she actually uses the perches.

Order Number EY631646: It has been nearly two weeks since I requested parts from your company. To this point, all I have gotten is the runaround, your people have told me, that once I provided photos of the Damaged parts someone would contact me and let me know the status of my request. Since all of this time, it leaves me to believe that this is some kind of scam,

I love this electric fireplace console. It looks like it cost a lot more than it did and is very solid. Much better than the one I had before, from another store, that started falling apart in less than 2 years.

I love my pergola. However, one of the top “rails” was dented. Another “rail” was scratched in a few places. I had a friend put it up. He had no issues installing it.
