It looks like a sturdy gazebo. It however is more intensive to assemble than I anticipated. I attached the bottom to the deck before I should have and couldn't proceed any further without unattached it. The assembly instructions could be more exact. It would help dumb asses like me.

1 small part was missing. Some of the holes didn’t lignite up properly and caused the screws to strip out.

Adela and Elsie worked with me very professionally from the day I let the company know that we had received a smashed component and dented metal. They worked hard to make it right, sent out a new component in a timely manner and even some new metal that had been dented and bent. I was impressed with how well the engineered structure went together. A talented machinist with a rubber hammer and a block of wood was able to remove most of the dents from the roof metal. As for the whole assembly, Every piece was there, and there are a few extra bolts and clips in case one did not work. With friends and family we enjoyed the challenge of assembling and finished just in time for Labor Day weekend. Thanks again!

Only problem was some of the panels had dents in them. But finished product looks great.

My cushions came in white, I ordered Blue. Not happy about that.

Love the 14x20 gazebo. Good price, fast shipping. Two pieces of the roof trusses were missing. Contacted customer support and they shipped them to me. I would buy from them again.
