It's a good-looking tent and fairly easy to put up. The directions say 3 people, but it's better to have 4. Please note that the dimensions are for the tent at the top. Since the legs lean slightly outwards (which is a good thing for stability), the overall footprint is a little larger.

Was very difficult to put together. This product could have been designed alot simpler to put together. Four million nust and bults. Some spots difficult to get your fingers in there to screw nuts in. Especially when you have big hands. This product I would never recommend. Over priced. We also purchased a patio table Have not open that box yet. I 🙏 that is easy to put together. That order was a nightmare in cost. Company indicated table and chairs for 179.99. So we ordered and paid for it. To find out there was two advertisement one for just table and one with table and chairs for 179.99. Obviously I ordered the one with chairs. They informed me it was a mistake was table only. Sorry that ad should have been honored with chairs. They wouldn't so I asked to,send table anyway. We are seniors and thought this would be great for our retirement time with gazebo and table and chairs. We spent close to 1000.00 for these purchases and wish we had looked at other places for our purchases . Sorry had to write this. We just hope other people don't have issues like we did. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The carport is described as Heavy Duty yet it collapsed on itself the same day that it was assembled. The company refused to refund, when I sent pictures of the damaged parts they denied that the part was damaged and refused to send replacements.

Patio swing arrived on time. Packages were torn in a couple of places, one part was sticking out and some hardware had fallen out. Not difficult to replace but blame is on Delivery service, not manufacturer. All other parts were accounted for.

Looks great, easy to put together, all tools supplied, comfortable. My only disappointment was that I was expecting a 'real' red, brighter. It was more of a burgundy deep red blend. Other than that, perfect!

Update. 5/2/2025 As stated I would update my review. Received all missing pieces on 4/28/2025. Gazebo is now finished and looks great. The Gazebo is solid and love the slide feature for the screen and curtains. Instructions could be a bit more fwd and definitely meed a min of 2 people to put together it can be done on a day, however my son and I had to build on our conflicting schedules, that is why it took several days. Those that purchase before you start any build go through the process of ensuring all items are present. Hopefully the manufacturer will implement a way to double check packaging in the future as these issues are very easily corrected before being boxed/bagged and packaged to prevent customer delays in building. All in all I would recommend the Gazebo ‐-------------------------------------------- I really had high hopes based on all the good reviews, however I guess I will have to be that guy! Especially after reading the negative reviews now. I mean I get things happen etc. Received the 14x20 Gazebo on April 9th via FedEx. All boxes is good shape, my son and I started putting it together on April 10th we got everything out of boxes, we started putting the framing together and that's when we noticed that we were missing a "L" bracket for the center leg part # W5 not too life or project altering as we were able to proceed and would just install that later. I contacted Erommy, they replied a short time later insisting that if the boxes were not damaged/open that "ALL" parts were in and to recheck. After thoroughly rechecking that piece was not in any boxes. I replied back stating this. On April 11th my son and I continued that afternoon, I received a email from Erommystating they had instructed the warehouse to ship the part. We continued on making great progress untill we realized we were short 5 brackets for the roof cross beams part # W1. Again I contacted Erommy this time took a bit longer for them to reply. They replied again stating all pieces Yada Yada are in the boxes, at this point every box has been emptied and parts categorized. I advised them that all the other brackets #W1 which are numerous were in a separate enclosed box and bag, and we are missing them and we absolutely can not continue the build. I received a reply back stating again they would notify the warehouse to send parts and if I needed shipping info to let them know. In addition this with this Email was a apology that for whatever reason they have received a large influx of issues. Not sure what that means. I have asked for shipping info on 2 occasions to date no response. 11 days after receiving and starting the build the project is still incomplete with no roof on 1 side. Not sure what the hold up is considering we are both based in CA the parts should of been here in 3 to 5 days even by by USPS standards. At this point I will give them another 7 days or so before I go to my credit card company, with all my email documentation, as I am not going to wait past my 30 day window being this was $2300. Like I said I do get things happen but getting replacemnet or missing parts one would think would be a top priority for any company. Based on all the other reviews I am now reading for same issue. As it is I am not even sure if this will be done in time for the graduation party in a few weeks. Should Erommy get me the missing pieces I will update my review.

Everything went together well except for the clips on the roof. We struggled with them. All the parts were there and fit well. We had a storm last night that had 63 MPH gusts of wind and all is well. The drains were working well with all the rain. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you

The tent we ordered arrived not much time after we ordered it. It did not come with instructions but the instructions are on the product description website. Highly recommend , pretty good quality & came with storage bags !
