EROMMYReviews of erommy.com

Only recieved part order and have never recieved the second part. I was Hospitised so there was a delay in my discovering parts were missing. I noticed others hada similer problem they sell on Amazon so be aware.

Erommy sent me a damaged sauna, and getting a straightforward return has become an incredibly frustrating experience. I’ve clearly and repeatedly requested a return and refund. I still have the original boxes, and my request is within their stated return window. Instead of arranging the return, customer service keeps offering different small partial credits—even after I’ve explained that I do not want to keep a damaged product. I shouldn’t have to keep repeating the same request or negotiate how much damage I’m willing to accept on a new purchase. Erommy, please stop offering partial credits and provide clear instructions for returning this damaged sauna for a full refund, including arrangements for return shipping. I’ll update this post with how the issue is resolved.

The tarp is not as advertised. It is totally wrong compared to advertising and assembly instructions.

commandé lundi soir sur erommy et reçu jeudi, les tailles correspondent bien à ce qui est indiqué sur le site

timely delivery, free shipping, however I would like an assembly book.
