The gazebo I ordered arrived within a few days. The assembly instructions were at times diffiult to understand. But over all were good. I am happy with the gazebo and think it was a good investment

The delivery of product was on point…received it in matter of days. However, haven’t put it together yet. Hope it’s not too difficult!

I received part of my order but not the base for the umbrella. Have contacted customer service. Was told my package was lost. So far haven’t received any update or when I requested a refund I got no response. Terrible communication. At this point I feel like I will never receive my order or my money back. My next option is to report it to my bank as fraud. Horrible experience.

Chair came w/ chipped paint, zipper was broken off cushion. I just want to return them and they keep giving me the run around. Would never recommend after spending $500.
