Worst company; no communication at all by phone, by email, by contact form and chat. Always, they say contact to all that I mention without any solution. I ordered a gazebo. It's missing a piece, won't be able to assemble. Answered me for this review to contact them using those above forms and of course, unsucessfully. They didn't try to call back. Very frustrated.

Horrible customer service! Did not send complete order but marked it as complete so I have no way to assemble this gazebo in my yard without the rest of the parts. Erommy Will not answer emails, calls… at this point it’s $1000 down the drain. I will NEVER buy from this company again and would not recommend.

This company took our money for a gazebo that they only partially delivered. We were short 1 out of 4 boxes of parts so we cannot assemble the gazebo, it is just parts all over our deck. They claim our order was delivered in full but we had box 1/4, 3/4, 4/4 no 2/4. They do NOT answer the phone, call you back or answer emails! It has been 4 days since the first msgs were left and it’s been complete silence. Absolutely horrible experience. I would recommend shopping somewhere else and NOT to buy anything from Erommy because this place has literally zero customer service once they’ve taken your money. Unfortunately I read many reviews after the fact and it seems this is a pattern for this company.

Overall, a good product for the money. Some of the boxes arrived with small damages from transport, two or three items were bent but everything could be straightened and re-used. The mechanism for opening and closing the roof could be better.

The service was great but the comfort of the chairs is not meeting our needs. The chais were easy to assemble & are well constructed. The packaging was destroyed before we had taken the time to actually discover they were not comfortable to us. We find that the cushions sit us too far forward restricting the motion we were seeking. We removed the back cushion & it worked better but with no back padding that was uncomfortable as well. Ordering online without trying out the chair was a mistake. We would like to return the chairs & need to investigate if that is possible since we no longer have the box & have assembled the chairs.

I have a return i reached numerous times no one's gotten back to me as a costumer the only way to contact erommy is through email that's unacceptable people spend money and if something isn't or their are issues as a costumer i expect for erommy to honor their policies and fix the problem promptly and swiftly waiting a week for someone to get back to you for a week or more isn't good business

EROMMY delivered in a timely matter and FedEx carriers were cordial, helpful and careful with th 4 boxes. My correspondence from awhile ago with several questions and concerns were addressed by Elsie. Everything looks great so far I haven't checked box inventories yet. Thank you so very much!

Quality control sucks. Many damaged parts. Their customer service is a joke.
