The gazebo was a real challenge for two seniors, but worthwhile and amazing. The kit was totally complete, the instruction booklet was a must and easy to follow! We love our finished product and thumbs up to Erommy and staff.

My first time ordering from them. Received damaged poles for the pergola. I have tried several times emailing; phone calls no answer; no response. Very frustrating cannot seem to reach them. Only Bot chat but no response's to any of my inquiries.

Received my 10x12 Pergola, on May 30th. First issue, the whole thing have 4 boxes, but somehow I received 3 from FedEx and than has to contacted the company to find out that the 4th boxes will arrive later by UPS. Second issue, when contact the company phone number, the phone take you straight to voicemail. No matter what time or days you call it will go straight to voicemail. I try to use the help chat which run by AI I am assuming only have like 10 response that will repeat over and over and doesn't matter what you change or have other issue you inform. I end up send in the email to the customer service and not yet have a reply back yet. Third issue, there were multiple damage and bent parts when unpack and up on inspection. Last issue, how this pergola assembly, hardware come with it with is very low quality and the four post leg is very bad design and will not withstand 20 mph with with how they assemble together and the 4 bolt that is 1/2 inch long and 1/4 size. There no way with the 4 bolt like this van even with stand 20mph. The instructions come with the pergola only have picture and no words after the first 2-3 pages and sometime the picture is bad draw and confusion. For a $1200 price this is not worth the price of the quality. I wish I van upload picture but the comment doesn't have the option.
