EROMMYReviews of erommy.com

Wow! Seevice is great. I ordered a 10×12 Gazebo. My husband and I decided we wanta larger size, a 12x16. We were refunded the communicated amount after we returned the 10x12 upon arrival. We ordered the 12x16 and it arrived in about three days. We are waiting for a few more parts and we can't wait to assemble and enjoy our Beatiful Gazebo.

I have assembled the 12x20 pergola and 2 of the 6 screens are not working correctly. 1 screen isn't working at all and 1 only extends about 80%. Since there is no way to reply to Erommy I will reply here and say I have emailed the company with no response and when I call the number I get hung up on before talking to anyone. I bought the pergola from Wayfair order # 2801862043.

I received an umbrella, but two essential parts—the umbrella poles—were missing from the box. I’ve sent three emails, one Facebook message, and tried calling multiple times. Every time I call, the message says to have my order number and information ready—then it hangs up. So far, I’ve had zero response. I’ve paid for a product I can’t use, and it’s not the missing parts that frustrate me most—it’s the complete lack of customer service. If someone reaches out to resolve this, I’m open to updating my rating. I understand that mistakes happen. But right now, it’s the silence and inaction that’s driving my review.

Terrible Experience with Erommy and Walmart – Stay Away! This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a gazebo through Walmart, which was sold by a third-party company called Erommy. When the product arrived, it had broken parts and missing pieces. Since then, it’s been almost a full month of frustration and absolutely no resolution. Walmart keeps giving me the same useless response — “Contact the seller.” Meanwhile, Erommy sent me the wrong replacement parts and then completely ignored my follow-up messages. I’m tired of being pushed back and forth with no accountability from either company. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I spent a good amount of money and expected at least a working product — or at the very least, some respect as a customer. Instead, I got delays, broken items, wrong replacements, and silence. Walmart should take full responsibility for the third-party sellers they host on their platform. Erommy should not be allowed to sell anything if they can’t support their customers or ship products correctly. Avoid both Walmart and Erommy if you value your time, money, and sanity

It didn’t fit on the rack well and it is very wonky. I requested to return it last week after I set it up for the first time and I haven’t heard back…

The Gazebo is fantastic! Excellent quality. Went up perfectly. Highly recommend this company. It is the best solution for our needs. Everyone that has seen it loves it!

Got 10x12 brown gazebo but all drapes are 10x10 e-mail the company few times haven’t heard from them with order # haven’t heard from anyone yet. How can I get in touch with the company?

Perfect Addition to Our Backyard! We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo! From the moment it was set up, it transformed our outdoor space into a cozy, stylish retreat. The materials feel durable and weather-resistant, and the structure is surprisingly sturdy—even during a recent windy day, it held up perfectly. Assembly was straightforward with clear instruction's. The design is both elegant and functional, with good airflow and plenty of space. It’s become the centerpiece of our yard, it creates the perfect shaded spot, and we get compliments from guests all the time. If you’re thinking about getting a gazebo—don’t hesitate. This one is worth every penny!
