Del on time put in good place

One box of five had been torn and retaped but the bag of bolts to assemble the gazebo was missing. Emailed them several times, kept getting "our warehouse is really backed up". Never did get the hardware, bought them on Amazon. They gave a $30 refund, big deal! Stay away!

I had no trouble with your website, and the items were shipped extremely fast. I ordered the items on Aug. 31 and received them on Sep. 4. Now I need time to erect the copies.

I managed to score this Erommy 10x12 gazebo for a great price, and I was incredibly impressed with the shipping speed—it arrived at my door in just three days.As a former aircraft mechanic, I might have a slight edge when it comes to reading maintenance cards and handling hardware, but I honestly found the assembly process to be fairly simple and straightforward. With the use of a ladder, I tackled the entire build completely by myself over the course of four days, working in short, manageable sessions of about 2 to 3 hours a day.A couple of tips for anyone building this alone:Definitely use a good ladder; it is absolutely essential for getting the roof frame and panels up when you don't have an extra pair of hands. Tip: Do NOT tighten any of the bolts as you go. Leave everything loose and wait until the very end to tighten everything up. This gives you the flexibility you need to align all the pieces properly without fighting the frame.Overall, it is a fantastic, sturdy gazebo for the money. Highly recommend!

Shipping was fast. Well packed for shipping. Construction was well done, no misaligned parts. Took us two days to assemble. Looks great.

**1 Star — Very disappointing experience with EROMMY** My experience with EROMMY left me extremely disappointed. What concerned me most was not just the problems with the order, but how difficult it was to get a clear and satisfactory resolution afterward. Customer support was frustrating, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled properly. After looking into the company further, I found additional warning signs that made me even less comfortable recommending them. BBB currently shows an F rating and a significant number of complaints, with many complaints involving damaged or missing parts, defective products, communication problems and refund/return disputes. I also found other customers describing similar difficulties getting issues resolved. The return policy is another concern. Although the site promotes a 60-day return period, the detailed terms contain important restrictions, including possible restocking charges and conditions around return shipping and defective products. That is something I think customers should read carefully before paying. There are also mixed customer experiences online, so I am not claiming that every order goes badly. But based on my own experience and the broader complaints I found, there are enough warning signs here that I would personally be very cautious about placing a large order with EROMMY. For me, the biggest issue was the lack of confidence that problems would be resolved after payment. I would recommend thoroughly checking the return terms, warranty conditions and customer-service record before ordering.
