Can’t buy parts for a product so expensive!!🤬🤬

Have not received the manual to that has how to put my carports together yet!

We have purchased the 10x13 solar-powered pergola instructions were terrible to follow. We got past that stumbling block and have been in contact with Erommy customer service because the power shades do not operate. We have been emailing back and forth for approximately a month and a half, and we are still no further than the day we contacted them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The techs have no clue how to troubleshoot their products, and all correspondence is done through Email. Fix the issues or refund the purchase.

My handyman put it together and it looks just like the picture.

This has the potential of being a nice gazebo but the instructions lack instruction. I am not sure why words are not included. Some of the images are easy to decipher but others are not. There have also been many cases where the holes don’t align. This has resulted in my husband using his tools to make it work. Currently stuck on the roof placement. I have reached out to Erommy for further assistance to no avail. I ordered the 10*13 gazebo with polycarbonate roof.

1 small part was missing. Some of the holes didn’t lignite up properly and caused the screws to strip out.

I purchased a Erommy 6 x 4 FT Outdoor Storage Shed, Resin Garden Tool Shed with Lockable Double Doors from Wayfair. Mine came missing part and Wayfair was unable to obtain them. The assembly is beyond difficult. You have to hold several pieces together while installing others. The directions don't have clear pictures so you can't tell which direction to install parts. I did this a friend who assembles furniture for another company and it took us 12 hours! The panels are week and flimsy and incredibly difficult to slide the tongue and groves together. I had the modify the doors to make then close properly and add a metal strip to keep water out. After 3 months the walls are beginning to bow from the sheds own weight and the screws are starting to fall out of the porous plastic. This shed is beyond cheap and I wish I had never purchased it.

The metal roof is very very thin, that should have been stated and this frame is not very rigid there is a lot of side to side play I’m not sure it will hold up in 100 mph winds like it’s claimed rating. I am missing 96 M6 nuts so I’m not able to finish bracing everything and it’s been over a week. Honestly I will never buy from erommy again this like temu, I with I would’ve just saved another $2000 and got a good carport. Also they claim 9.5 feet on the center that is to the roof the bottom of the metal truss is 6.5 feet so I can’t even back my trailer in it with out raising it all up.
