It was the best of the best customer service.

Ordered online. Very Quick shipment I’m waiting to assemble because of another house project I’m very nervous after reading other reviews that all the parts aren’t included and customer service is terrible. I will likely be out of my 30 day return window when I start assembling and I have read customer service doesn’t care. So basically. Don’t buy this product. Buy one with a longer return window and helpful customer service. If not you are throwing away your money. I am so disappointed in this company I wasted my money

ordering the product was not the issue, looking for an installer was a little tricky because on the web site it was very expensive as compared to the price of the gazebo.

Terrible experiences

The products are sturdy and well made. My Wife and I (68 & 69) put them together and took about a week. We did use a set of scaffolding, and we took our time. Tip: tighten finger tight first until you get a section together and then fully tighten. If you tighten as you go, the section may not fit properly.

The online post spread dimensions are WAY off. You basically should build the thing and then build the foundation. Giving accurate dimensions really shouldn’t be hard. Post completion update: I did some successful foundation and footing revisions (I had poured concrete piers to anchor the legs) to bring the structure within true. The confusing posted diagrams can be vastly simplified - in the long dimension, the width to the outside of the posts is 177"; in the short dimension, the width to the outside of the posts is 130". I assembled the entire structure by myself and it wasn't too bad. The rest of the instructions and part labeling are actually pretty good. Erommy gives you a few spare small parts which is really nice when you drop and lose little stuff. It took me 12 hours to assemble if all the foundation rework time is eliminated. The resulting structure looks very nice, is well engineered and very solid. I'm pleased with the final product but wish I hadn't needed to spend a whole day reworking the foundation.
