Please just don’t do it! The product will arrive damaged and they will promise you replacement parts that will never arrive. I have had the worst experience with the product and customer service. Please save your money and purchase elsewhere. It’s been my biggest regret!

Most of the boxes arrived with no damages. All pcs and parts were there. Customer service was good when contacting just took a day to get back each time I had to contact them. Would purchase again.

We erected my Erommy 12' x 12' Gazebo this past weekend and it's a great product. Just as well though that had a good friend from the construction business was helping me as the instructions were sparse to say the least ! A few of the roof parts were damaged ( please double check before shipping - had obviously been dropped in packaging or shipping stages and needed to be 'straightened' at least before fitting and some of the instructions were misleading and actually worked better when ignored and we continued without them ! A great quality product which would be even more successful if these details were attended to before shipping. Love the finished product !

It all went great other than a couple of bent pieces. Part a corner posts. I sent you pictures and hope they will be replaced.
