Not happy missing part Q4 called left phone number text asking for help Im 80 years old not good with texting all I get is text more information I bought this on line paid in full product looks great no body to talk to tried calling 100 times no one answers recording is all you get poor service need to clean up service for helping customer friend help me make part works great just pissed off know ones cares about old people as a customer

It arrived in a timely fashion. There were a few damaged pieces and the wiring was not correctly labeled. We are still trying to get it running properly after a week. They offered 150 dollars to offset the damage. But I declined and am opting for a new piece as it was a fairly expensive purchase. I would rather it look new. They have been fairly responsive. But the wiring may be an issue never resolved.

I like the chair a lot. It was well packaged all the parts accounted for and easy to assemble. If you have ever put together an office chair, it's the same, SOP. The massage and heat are nice to have and the foot rest also. I am 5-10 tall, and I find it suits me perfectly. My cat would give it 5 stars as he claimed it for a nap spot, however I will stick with 4 as it has not proven itself in terms of durability.
