Sadly due to an unusually large amount of requests, our warehouse is experiencing a back log. Not to worry though, your package is awaiting generate label and will ship soon, I have also emailed our specialist and requested they prioritize your case and get it sent out even faster.

Please be advised that we have relayed your experience to the relevant staff members, instructing them to revise the manual and explicitly state that gloves must be worn during assembly. Simultaneously, we have reported this issue to the factory, requiring them to ensure that component edges are safe during production. We sincerely hope your hand is not seriously injured.
